Milan grew up in the construction industry. Long hours, hard labor, constant problem-solving. That kind of upbringing builds a particular type of thinker: someone who doesn't wait for perfect conditions, but just figures it out.

In 2017, after years of fighting with a big-name construction management platform, he decided to learn software development so he could build his own. He taught himself in the best way possible, by actually building real software tools and using them on real jobs. A simple mission: build something that could do his job for him.

By 2021 he had relocated to Nashville to join a luxury home builder, and was already deep in writing software for the field when ChatGPT launched. By 2023 he was embedding generative AI into his applications and building agents that performed real operational work inside construction companies.

Today, through Seneca, he builds AI systems for businesses that want their teams operating with the leverage of AI. The work is straightforward: find the bottlenecks and pain points inside an operation, then eliminate them with smarter workflows and creative uses of AI.

Milan's mission is to make that capability accessible to every business, not only those with an IT department.
